These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Best Trip Hotel website and your stay at any of our branches across Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. By booking a room through our website or staying at any of our locations, you agree to the following terms.
Booking Policy
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
A valid government-issued ID or passport must be presented at check-in.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected payment method.
Payment Policy
We accept payments via cash on arrival and Offline Credit Cards.
All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
For credit/debit card bookings, your card may be pre-authorized or charged in full depending on the room rate selected.
An invoice will be sent to the email address provided during booking after confirmation.
Check-in & Check-Out
Check-in time: Before 8 PM
Check-out time: Until 11:00 AM
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund (if payment was made in advance).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
No-show reservations are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Children & Extra Guests
Children under 6 years stay free when using existing beds.
Extra beds or baby cots may be available upon request (charges may apply).
Maximum occupancy limits for each room must be followed.
Privacy & Personal Data
Your personal data is collected for booking and communication purposes only.
We respect your privacy and do not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Credit/debit card details are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
House Rules
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Pets are not allowed, unless prior approval has been granted.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Liability Disclaimer
Best Trip Hotel is not liable for:
Loss of valuables not stored in the provided safe
Accidents or injuries occurring within the hotel premises due to guest negligence
Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, power outages, or third-party disruptions
Modifications and Changes
Best Trip Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings, services, or these terms at any time, without prior notice.
If changes significantly affect a confirmed reservation, we will notify the guest immediately.
Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising from bookings or stays will be resolved through applicable local laws and courts of Saudi Arabia.
